We use their products to dose, melt, temper and create the chocolate treats you love.






The Process

Our handmade products are carefully created in small batches using the highest quality Belgian Callebaut chocolate. The creation of fine quality chocolates demands precise execution of tempering, filling and mold preparation, enrobing, cooling and storage. Proper preparation of ingredients, equipment, temperature and timing are all critical aspects in creating the highest quality products.
