It all started in 1911, in a small town in Belgium called Wieze. Callebaut is a 100% Belgian Chocolate with the Finest Belgian Chocolate crafted in Belgium from bean to chocolate. They support artisan chocolatiers by supplying cocoa powder, solid bars,  Callets™ - solid chocolate drops and more. We use their products to dose, melt, temper and create the chocolate treats you love. 

The Process

Our handmade products are carefully created in small batches using the highest quality Belgian Callebaut chocolate. The creation of fine quality chocolates demands precise execution of tempering, filling and mold preparation, enrobing, cooling and storage. Proper preparation of ingredients, equipment, temperature and timing are all critical aspects in creating the highest quality products.
