CONTACTLESS PICKUP

Choose to have your order prepared for curb-side pick up, free of charge.

DOORSTEP DELIVERY

Have your treats delivered to your doorstep. 

Minimum $20 Free Delivery within Perth.

$5 Fee for Orders below $20.

SHOP & SHIP

Have your treats shipped to yourself, friends and family anywhere in Canada.

The rest of Canada Free for orders over $100

Ontario & Quebec Free for orders over $60

GIFT CARDS

Purchase gift cards online and have them delivered, or shipped, to your doorstep.

Please wait for email confirmation that your order is ready to pick up.

Pick up hours are 10AM - 5PM Tuesday - Saturday.

Once you arrive for pick up please call (613) - 466 - 0248 to let us know you are here. There is a loading/pick up zone outside our doors at 17 Wilson Street East. 

SHOP & SHIP

SHIPPING IN CANADA

We will do our best to pick and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday with Dicom/GLS. Please note that during the Covid-19 Pandemic delivery timelines are not guaranteed 

 

Rates within Canada are as follows:

Ontario & Quebec Free for orders over $60 and $10 flat rate for orders under $60

The Rest of Canada Free for orders over $100 and $15 for orders under $100

DOORSTEP DELIVERY

LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN THE TOWN OF PERTH

Local delivery is available within the Town of Perth for orders over $20. Delivery area is determined by postal code. Once the delivery postal code is entered at check out Local Delivery will be available to select if it applies.  During the

Covid-19 pandemic delivery can be expected within 1 to 2 days. Orders will be placed at the door unless otherwise indicated in the delivery instructions at checkout. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for sanitary reasons we can not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us with a detailed description and pictures so we can help make things right. We can not guarantee the condition of your order if an incorrect delivery address is provided and the package must be rerouted.
Refund Policy
Your billing and shipping information is collected for the sole use of processing your order and is not shared with any third parties. Credit Card information is not kept on file.

If your addresses are entered incorrectly resulting in an inability to deliver your order you may be charged a restocking fee.
